Shark Cage Diving & Ocean Safari

No experience is needed. The diving cage floats right alongside the boat, and its top stays completely above the surface of the water. You simply use a breath-hold technique or a surface-supplied snorkel to look underwater, making it fully accessible for swimmers of all levels.

You will still have an unforgettable time! Our custom-designed vessel features a spacious, stable upper viewing deck. The view of the sharks and whales from the dry deck is spectacular and highly popular for photographers. You can decide right up until the last second if you want to climb into the cage or stay comfortably on the boat.

We handle the full 2.5-hour drive from Cape Town for you! Our luxury shuttle picks you up directly from your accommodation (CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, and surrounding major hubs) early in the morning and drops you right back at your door after the tour ends.

We highly recommend packing a swimsuit (wear it under your clothes for a quick change), a warm jacket/windbreaker (it gets cold out on the Atlantic open water), sunblock, a hat, and your camera or phone. Clean towels and all specialized diving wetsuits/gear are fully provided by the crew.

Yes, children are welcome. However, please note that children under the age of 5 are generally restricted to deck-viewing only for safety reasons. All minors under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present at the crew house to sign their safety and indemnity waiver before boarding.

Ocean conditions change quickly. If the boat captain cancels the trip prior to launch due to unsafe sea conditions, you will immediately be given the option to reschedule to the next available date or receive a 100% full refund.
